How the service will work for you

               

 

How it works

The concept is easy to understand and the system easy to use.

   Step 1.  You text us your details

First,  you text us the match number to which your existing tickets correspond, followed by the three digit codes of the teams that you are interested in watching once the group phase matches are concluded.  (Details of the codes and the full text that you need to send to us are listed on the Joining Info page selectable from the right hand menu).

   Step 2.  We get to work on your behalf

The details of your tickets, the names of the teams you hope to watch, and your mobile number is registered on our database.  A trace is put on your requirements, so that we can match up all the other tickets on our system that correspond to your requirements

   Step 3.  Results affecting your tickets become known

At this stage we run database searches over our records to check each members’ tickets to see if they now correspond to their first choice team.  If they do,  then you are off to the game you wanted to see,  and there is no need for us to contact you. If the results go against you, or mean that you do not get to see your team of choice, then we will text you -  alerting you to the other members that have the tickets that you would prefer, and who would be willing to discuss a direct exchange with you.

What information will you text me?

We will text you the mobile contact numbers of up to six ticket holders whose tickets match what you are looking for,  and who in return would like your tickets. We will also highlight what team those tickets relate to (if you selected more than one preferred team).

 When will you text me?

To be fair to everyone, we will send out all the text notifications at the same time following the conclusion of the group matches. In the case of members who have quarter final or semi final tickets,  we will text you the details of your potential swap partners at the conclusion of all games in the relevant round prior to those of your match tickets. All texts will go out at the same time so that everyone receives notification fairly.
